At Tippy Tiny Toes, we know you're not just waiting on a package — you're waiting on a tiny eight-legged roommate. So we do everything we can to get your spider to you safely, quickly, and with as little travel drama as possible.

We currently offer 1–2 Day Shipping for $35 or Overnight Shipping for $40.

Because nobody wants their spider spending the weekend hanging out in a shipping warehouse, live spiders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following Monday.

Weather Rules 🌡️

Your spider may be tiny, but they are absolutely not built for sitting on a porch in extreme heat or cold.

Shipping may be delayed if temperatures, storms, or other weather conditions could make travel unsafe. If we need to hold your order for better weather, we'll let you know.

We recommend Overnight Shipping whenever possible, especially during hotter or colder times of the year.

Be Home for Your New Tiny Friend 🏡

Please make sure someone is home to receive the package when it arrives.

Once your spider is delivered, bring the package inside right away. Please do not leave your new little friend sitting outside, in a mailbox, on a porch, or anywhere exposed to hot or cold weather.

Your spider has already had a big travel day. They do not need an extra vacation on the front porch. 😂

Please keep an eye on your tracking information on delivery day so you know when your package arrives.

Live Arrival Guarantee 💗

We want every Tippy Tiny Toes spider to arrive safe and sound.

If your spider unfortunately arrives deceased, please contact us immediately after delivery and provide clear photos or video so we can review the situation.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund according to our live-arrival policy.

Please note that the live-arrival guarantee may not apply if the package is left outside after delivery, left unattended for an extended period, or exposed to unsafe temperatures.
